Personalized sessions based on you — our initial meeting will include a “getting to know” your unique body’s history of movement and injuries, your current mindset and behavioral patterns, and how we can work towards you having a positive, creative, fulfilling relationship to exercise and your body.

Mind

What is your internal dialogue like? How are you coaching yourself? We’ll uncover the origin of the mental loops you may be caught in. Your mind (neocortex) can be your biggest ally; let’s rewire those neural pathways. We’ll bring mindfulness awareness and observation of subtle body sensations, emotions, and thought processes. We’ll practice new mantras central to the life you’re ready to live.


Body

The body remembers everything — from an old injury years ago that is still causing you chronic pain to a traumatic event in the past that’s causing depression or anxiety. We’ll look at all the factors (historical, family, personal, energetic) that can cause stress on the central nervous system and overall “stuckness” in life. We’ll work on befriending your body and the “survival” part of your brain (the brain stem and limbic system).

We’ll also work on realigning posture, rehabilitating chronic injuries, and learning functional and basic movement patterns (squats, lunges, deadlifting, etc). Strength training will help you build muscle, lose weight, and feel grounded/rooted in your body. You’ll feel embodied power through martial arts and self-defense training.


Spirit

We’ll let go of old coping strategies that are no longer serving you to release stored energy, so you have more energy to thrive. You’ll learn how to navigate old patterns like a spiritual warrior. By developing a relationship to your intuition, you’ll develop self-trust and ultimately self-leadership. You’ll feel more aligned with your life force and with the abundance all around.
